fg64 Terms & Conditions

Access to and use of the fg64 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active fg64 account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. fg64 operates a strict 18+ only policy. Persons under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or otherwise using any part of the fg64 platform. This restriction applies regardless of the age of majority in any particular jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into gambling-related agreements, you must not use fg64.
• Personal use: You must be registering and using the fg64 account solely for your own personal entertainment. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, running automated scripts, or using the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by fg64 is strictly prohibited.
• Single account: Each individual may maintain only one registered account on fg64. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion agreement with fg64 or any other gambling platform that restricts your ability to gamble.

fg64 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Where a player is found to have misrepresented their age or identity, fg64 will void all bets and transactions, close the account immediately, and retain any deposits made in breach of these terms pending investigation.

fg64 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they are converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific bonus terms. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live sports betting, certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting wagering requirements — refer to the specific bonus terms for contribution rates.

Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the time period specified in the individual bonus offer, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited automatically without compensation.

One bonus per player: Each registered player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts and associated balances being permanently closed.

fg64's right to modify or withdraw bonuses: fg64 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already claimed by an eligible player in good faith before the modification or withdrawal takes effect.

Bonus abuse: Any strategy, betting pattern, or behaviour that fg64 determines constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements, arbitrage betting, or collusion between players — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

fg64 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information
• Conduct that fg64 reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical vulnerabilities
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts in violation of the fair play policy
• Creation of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against fg64 without prior engagement with our support team
• Any behaviour that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or fg64's operations

Upon account closure for cause, fg64 may withhold any real-money balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus funds will not be returned under any circumstances following a closure for cause.

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your fg64 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method following a standard KYC review if one has not already been completed.
